We don't keep your photos · Detects ChatGPT, Gemini (Nano Banana), Midjourney, FLUX and more

How it works

  1. Upload the image. A photo, a screenshot, or a picture someone sent you or you saw on social media.
  2. See the chance of AI. A detection model looks for the patterns image generators leave in the pixels.
  3. Check the evidence. Plus shows the confidence level, camera data, AI labels in the file and the software that saved the image.

Spots the popular generators

Images from ChatGPT (GPT Image), Gemini (Nano Banana), Midjourney, FLUX, Seedream, Ideogram, DALL·E, Firefly and more.

Reads what the file says

Camera data (EXIF), AI labels (IPTC and C2PA Content Credentials) and the software that saved the image.

Made for your phone

Upload straight from your gallery. Works with screenshots and messaging-app images, which lose their camera data.

Private by default

Your image isn't kept: we store only the result, deleted after a day for free checks and 30 days for paid ones.

Questions

How accurate is it?

We use Smaug, an open detection model by Abacus.AI. On public tests with over 26,000 images (OpenFake and CommunityForensics) it separates real and AI images with an average AUC of 0.98 and flags 0.4% to 3% of real photos as AI. Still, no detector is perfect: treat the result as strong evidence, not proof, and look at all the evidence.

Does it work with screenshots and messaging-app images?

Yes. Messaging apps and social networks strip camera data and compress images, so the detection model is the main evidence there. Missing camera data alone doesn't prove an image is AI.

Which generators does it detect?

Images from ChatGPT (GPT Image and DALL·E 3), Gemini (Nano Banana), Midjourney 7, FLUX, Seedream, Ideogram, Recraft, Adobe Firefly, frames of Sora and Veo videos and more. Brand-new generators, or ones built to fool detectors, can slip through.

What does the free check include?

The verdict and AI score of 2 images a day, with no sign-up. Plus shows the full analysis of up to 150 images a month: the confidence level, camera data, AI labels in the file and the software that saved it. The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial.

How does the free trial work?

The yearly plan starts with 3 free days and up to 20 images. Nothing is charged today; when the trial ends, the year is charged to your card. Cancel before then from your account page and you pay nothing.

Do you store my image?

No. The image is analyzed and discarded; we keep only the result (deleted after a day for free checks and 30 days for paid ones). The analysis runs on GPU servers at Runpod, our cloud provider, which doesn't keep the image.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Monthly and yearly plans cancel anytime from your account page (you keep access to the end of the period). If it isn't for you, ask for a refund within 7 days if you've checked under 10 images.
